Equity & Debt Raising:
Since 35 years the management of TRAK Consulting built a solid experience and network to source projects and provide financing, in the form of equity and/or debt, for several mega projects in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Among the achievements of TRAK management is the IPO for the reconstruction of downtown Beirut which raised over $900 million in equity. European Residency:
​Since December 21, 2007 the Republic of Latvia is a part of the "Schengen Border Free Zone". TRAK Consulting strongly lobbied to have an amendment made to Latvia's immigration law. Since July 1st, 2010 the law allows foreign nationals investing in its economic development to obtain residency permits for their travel and stay in the Latvian Republic and all Schengen area. Residency permits are available both to investors and their family members. Residents are not liable for taxes on their foreign income nor need to permanently reside in Latvia.
